AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE WRITER / SERVICE ADVISOR – COME SEE WHAT A BETTER SHOP LOOKS LIKE!

Auto Tronics in Southampton, PA is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Writer / Service Advisor to join our team.

What We're Looking For:

Previous automotive service writing, service advising, or automotive industry experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to communicate automotive repair recommendations clearly and professionally
Organized and able to manage multiple customers, vehicles, estimates, and repair orders throughout the day
Strong computer skills are required
Tekmetric experience is a plus, but not required
PA Safety and/or Emissions Inspection licenses are a plus, but not required
General automotive knowledge and the ability to work effectively with technicians
Professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Valid driver's license
