Job Summary

RN preferred not required

LPN required at a minimum.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our healthcare team with passion, expertise, and strategic insight. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while fostering a collaborative, compliant, and innovative environment. Duties

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance nursing services, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards
Oversee budgeting processes for nursing departments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost management
Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth
Lead personnel management initiatives including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols to uphold quality standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care strategies and improve clinical outcomes
Provide instructional leadership in education by supporting ongoing training programs and professional development opportunities for nursing staff
Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and high morale

Requirements

Proven experience in education administration or school administrative director roles is highly desirable
Extensive management experience within healthcare or educational settings with strong personnel management skills
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and budgeting within complex organizational structures
Leadership experience in university or higher education environments is preferred
Strong background in teaching or instructional leadership in education settings
Exceptional team management abilities with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance processes
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree or higher in Nursing or Healthcare Administration strongly preferred
Valid nursing license in good standing with relevant regulatory bodies
