Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized part time Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visiting patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience at all times. Your technical proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will help maintain smooth office operations and foster a friendly environment.

(This is a great opportunity for someone with a license in massage therapy as well, however, massage therapy is not required for this position.)

Office Hours

Monday: 9:30am - 12:30pm
Tuesday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 9:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am - 12:30pm

Duties

Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately to ensure a seamless check-in process
Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and transferring calls efficiently
Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries with promptness and courtesy
Maintain organized filing systems and appointment books.
Support office management activities including calendar management and scheduling appointments
Provide excellent customer support by addressing client questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of client communication
maintaining of office cleanliness

Qualifications

Strong clerical skills and customer service background
Good hand writing
Technical proficiency with multi-line phone systems and basic computer literacy.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and attention to detail in all written communication
Prior experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times

Pay: $20.00 per hour
