Land Rover Thousand Oaks serves a loyal, high-expectation guest base in one of Southern California's most established luxury markets. No automotive experience required; we hire for character and train the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet guests warmly and professionally - establishing genuine rapport from the first interaction
Listen carefully to guest concerns and accurately document vehicle issues so technicians have what they need to get the job done right
Explain repair and maintenance services clearly and effectively - translating technical information into language every guest can understand and trust
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality service delivery and keep guests informed throughout the process
Prepare and review repair estimates with guests - building transparency and trust at every step
Identify and present additional service and maintenance opportunities that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
Maintain detailed, accurate service records in the DMS
Follow up with guests after service to ensure satisfaction and build the kind of loyalty that brings them back

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service - required. Automotive service advisor experience is a strong plus but not required
Excellent communicator - warm, clear, and professional in person, on the phone, and in writing
Highly organized with strong time management skills - able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy or composure
Motivated and hungry - you have a genuine desire to succeed, grow your earnings, and build a long-term career
Professional appearance and demeanor - Land Rover guests expect a premium experience at every touchpoint
Basic computer skills and comfort with service management software - or quick to learn
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
A genuine hospitality mindset - every guest interaction is an opportunity to earn loyalty
