Erickson Chiropractic Inc. is a precision health practice built on the belief that the human body — given the right conditions — has the capacity to heal. Dr. Lindsay Erickson delivers holistic chiropractic and functional medicine care that treats the whole person, not just what showed up on the intake form.

Every patient who walks through our door deserves to feel genuinely seen, fully heard, and better than when they arrived. We are building a practice where that is the standard — not the exception.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will work directly with Dr. Lindsay Erickson. No middle layer. No corporate structure. No "check with your manager."

This is a two-person practice. Dr. Lindsay handles everything inside the treatment room. You handle everything outside it — the schedule, every patient interaction, all communication, front desk revenue, inventory, and the referral system. Together, you run the practice.

Your work has direct, visible impact every single day. When the front desk runs well, patients get exceptional care and the practice grows. That is the mission — and you are the person who makes it possible.

THE ROLE

PATIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR

In-Person · 34 hours/week · Mon / Tue / Thu 9am–6pm | Wed / Fri 9am–1pm

You are the warm, tech-fluent front-of-house owner of Erickson Chiropractic Inc.. You are the first voice a patient hears, the face they see at check-in, and the person who ensures every single interaction — phone, text, in-office — is handled with professionalism and care.

This is not a reception role. This is the operational engine of the practice. You own the schedule, all patient communication through GHL, the referral system, front desk revenue, and every system that runs between the front door and Dr. Lindsay's treatment room.

YOUR MISSION

"To be the warm, tech-fluent presence that makes every patient interaction exceptional — keeping the schedule at target, running all communication through GHL without exception, actively generating referrals after every key patient moment, and giving Dr. Lindsay complete freedom to focus on clinical care from first patient to last."

6 THINGS YOU WILL LOVE DOING IN THIS ROLE

Running the schedule like a general.

Owning every booking, confirmation, cancellation fill, and waitlist move in Jane App EHR — keeping the day full, clean, and on time without Dr. Lindsay ever thinking about it.

Being the tech-fluent operator.

GHL for every call, text, and email. Canva for front desk materials. Jane App for all records and scheduling. Every platform running clean — no hand-holding, no repeated questions, just competence.

Spotting the referral moment and taking it.

The first adjustment that works. The milestone hit. The emotional breakthrough at the front desk. You recognize it, start the natural conversation, and immediately send the GHL referral text — every time.

Talking genuinely about products that help people.

Not scripted. Not pushed. You know the supplements, you know the memberships, and you have real conversations with patients who are the right fit — because you believe in what the practice offers.

Knowing your numbers before anyone asks.

Schedule fill rate. Referral requests sent. No-show rate. Front desk revenue. You check these before the Monday morning check-in — because they matter to you, not because you were told to track them.

Building something that grows.

This practice is expanding. The coordinator who runs this front desk is a direct reason why. More patients means a larger bonus pool — your performance and the practice's growth are the same thing.

COMPENSATION + SCHEDULE

Pay

$26-28/hour depending on experience

90-Day Review

Merit raise based on demonstrated performance against role metrics

Quarterly Bonus

Formula-based bonus calculated from practice revenue, expenses, and COGS — as the practice grows, your bonus grows with it

Mon / Tue / Thu 9am–6pm | Wed / Fri 9am–1pm (34 hrs/week)

Patients feel it when you're present

Warmth is not a performance for you — it is how you operate. The 47th patient of the week gets the same genuine attention as the first. People leave the front desk feeling seen, not processed.

You are the same every single day

Monday morning energy matches Friday afternoon energy. Protocols are followed exactly, not approximately. Dr. Lindsay never wonders whether the front desk is handled — because it always is.

When things break, you fix them

GHL glitches. Jane App throws an error. A patient presents a situation not in the manual. You figure it out — Google it, try something, find the answer — and report back at the next natural check-in.

You own your numbers

Schedule fill rate. Referral requests sent. No-show rate. Front desk revenue. These are not reporting tasks — they are your scoreboard, and you check it yourself before anyone asks.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF...
