Full Job Description

Wellness Nurse (RN) — WELL Reports to: Lead RN · Clinical oversight by WELL's Medical Director

Job Overview WELL is seeking a warm, dependable, and energetic Wellness Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this hybrid clinical and guest-experience role, you'll administer our wellness IV therapies and injections under the guidance of our Medical Director, run the front desk, and help clients get the most out of their wellness services. You'll be a key part of creating a welcoming, professional environment focused on holistic well-being — no two days look quite the same.

Responsibilities

Administer wellness IV drips and injections per Medical Director protocols and standing orders, using strict aseptic technique and safety practices.
Perform IV insertion and venipuncture, and assess client suitability before treatment.
Complete client intake, review consent, monitor vitals as needed, and document care accurately and confidentially (HIPAA-compliant).
Run front-desk operations — greeting clients, check-ins, scheduling, booking codes, and keeping client flow smooth.
Guide and support clients through WELL's wellness offerings (sauna, cold plunge, red light, hyperbaric, Pilates, and more).
Maintain a clean, stocked, and compliant treatment area and follow infection-control standards.
Collaborate with the Lead RN, Medical Director, and wellness team to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

Requirements

Current, active, unencumbered RN license in AL, in good standing.
Comfortable and confident with IV insertion, venipuncture, and injections.
Warm, client-focused personality with strong communication and hospitality instincts.
Ability to juggle clinical duties and front-desk responsibilities in a busy setting.
Comfortable with basic scheduling/booking software and digital record-keeping.
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred: prior med spa, wellness, or outpatient experience.
