About the Role

As our Internet Sales Consultant & Product Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers — responding to online inquiries, guiding shoppers through their research, and turning digital interest into showroom visits and sales. You'll also serve as a go-to product expert, helping both customers and fellow team members understand the latest Nissan models, features, and technology inside and out. You'll work as part of a supportive team that shares leads, celebrates each other's wins, and helps each other grow.

What You'll Do

Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, chat inquiries, and phone calls from prospective customers
Guide online shoppers through the early stages of their buying journey, building rapport and trust before they ever step on the lot
Serve as a product specialist — delivering in-depth, accurate walkarounds and feature demonstrations on the latest Nissan models, trims, and technology
Convert online leads into scheduled appointments and showroom visits, then hand off (or continue) a seamless, low-pressure buying experience
Maintain consistent, timely follow-up with leads and past customers using our CRM
Stay current on inventory, incentives, and competitive product knowledge so you can answer questions accurately and confidently
Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth transition from online interest to completed sale
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment both online and on the showroom floor

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience preferred (automotive or internet/BDC sales experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person)
Comfortable and confident communicating digitally — email, text, chat, and phone — as well as in person
A genuine people-person who enjoys building relationships and helping others, even before meeting them face-to-face
Strong product curiosity — someone who enjoys learning the details and explaining them clearly
Tech-savvy and comfortable working within a CRM and other digital sales tools
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
A team player who supports coworkers as much as customers
A valid California driver's license and clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Armenian, Spanish, or other languages common in the Glendale community) is a strong plus
