Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice and helpful face of our company, providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. Your enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service, combined with your organizational skills and technical proficiency, will help ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills in a lively, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person using multi-line phone systems
Manage client communications efficiently, ensuring all questions are answered clearly and courteously
Maintain accurate records through data entry, spreadsheets, and document proofreading using productivity software such as Microsoft Office
Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk duties
Utilize computer skills to update customer information in databases like QuickBooks and other client management systems
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, document processing, and maintaining office supplies
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling multiple calls with professionalism and efficiency

Skills

Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with productivity software
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients
Prior office experience including front desk or administrative roles preferred
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining clear communication
Attention to detail for proofreading, data entry accuracy, and document management
Strong typing skills along with good time management practices
Technical proficiency in office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and fax machines
