Compensation: $60,000–$250,000+ (Commission + Overrides + Bonuses)

Overview

Northpoint Roofing Systems is building an elite, high-performance sales organization and we are intentionally selective about who we bring on. We are building a premier platform based on elite performance, top-tier customer service, a drive to help the community, and a mission to become the industry's best, with the reputation to prove it.

We are looking for a Roofing Sales Specialist Team Lead who wants to operate at a high level, lead from the front, and either bring or build a team of strong performers.

This is not a volume hiring role. Our goal is to build a elite competitive group of top producers with the systems, support, and structure to dominate the market.

Responsibilities

Maintain strong personal sales production

Qualifications

Proven sales experience preferred
Leadership or team-building experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and competitive mindset
Ability to motivate and develop others
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and cell phone
