We’re growing our team and looking for a motivated, coachable, high-performing Account Representative who’s excited to turn leads into real relationships—and real income.

Position Summary

As an Account Representative, you’ll help grow the agency by converting leads into new insurance accounts through proactive outreach, strong customer engagement, and a structured sales process.

You’ll work leads, make frequent client contact, and move prospects through the sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM. This position is sales-focused—with base pay plus commission, bonuses, and performance incentives driving your earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing (Duties & Responsibilities)

Conduct outbound calls and outreach to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Engage new leads coming from office marketing efforts and your own prospecting to drive conversations toward quotes and coverage
Follow up promptly and consistently to keep opportunities moving through the pipeline
Use Salesforce CRM to manage and track leads, opportunities, next steps, and accurate information
Communicate clearly with prospects using a confident phone presence and a calm, professional tone
Follow structured sales workflows to ensure consistent prospecting and client engagement
Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Quickly learn and adapt while using new software and programs as needed
Collaborate with the agency team to support overall sales and marketing goals
Work toward meeting individual sales expectations through disciplined lead activity and follow-up
Obtaining required insurance and financial licensing is required. (Property & Casualty and Life, Sickness, & Health)
