Full-Time | No Nights | No Weekends

Sparkling Clean Maid Service is a locally owned and operated company hiring a full-time House Cleaning Technician.

This is a great fit for someone who wants a steady, structured job, enjoys working on their own and managing their day, and takes pride in doing quality work.

What the Job Is Like

This is a physically active job where you’ll stay moving throughout the day—cleaning, going up and down stairs, and working with your hands.

If you like staying busy, seeing the results of your work, and getting satisfaction from a job well done, you’ll likely find this work very rewarding.
If you prefer slower-paced or less active work, this likely won’t be the right fit.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Some days may finish earlier, but expect to be available for the full workday
No nights, weekends, or major holidays

Pay

Training: $17/hour (about 1 week)
After training: $22–25/hour average (paid per job)
Most cleaners earn $600–$850/week
High performers who consistently work full schedules often earn $800–$900+, with top weeks occasionally reaching $1,000+
100% of tips are yours to keep
Weekly pay via direct deposit

While you’ll work on your own most of the day, you’re still part of a team—we’re here to support you, answer questions, and help when needed.
