Base Salary: $78,000.00 per year
Expected Total Earnings: $81,600.00 – $95,000.00+ per year (Base + Monthly Volume Bonuses)
Location: Anchorage, AK (Hybrid flexibility available)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Day shift), with required after-hours and weekend accountability oversight to ensure smooth operations. (Primary scheduling triage is backed up by our full-time scheduler and standby caregiver pool).

About Us We are a premier, specialized non-medical personal care agency in Anchorage serving a stable, high-hour client base (currently averaging 500–600 billable hours per week) with a dedicated team of 25–30 professional caregivers. Unlike heavily restricted Medicaid agencies, we operate exclusively on a high-value payer mix consisting of Private Pay, Veterans Affairs (VA) programs, and Long-Term Care Insurance. We take pride in our tight-knit culture, streamlined operations, and unwavering commitment to keeping local seniors independent in their homes. Why Join Us? (The Perks)

Dedicated Operational Support:. We have a full-time, dedicated Scheduler on staff who handles caregiver onboarding, interviewing, and daily shift coordination utilizing a strict, best-practice 2-week advanced scheduling protocol.
Caregiver Standby Program: The agency utilizes a Caregiver Standby Program. Caregivers receive guaranteed Standby Pay just to be dressed and waiting to deploy. Because they keep this pay even if they are called out, our field staff volunteer for these slots—giving you and the scheduler an instant, compliant backup pool when emergency call-outs happen.
Maximized Cash Base: We do not offer a traditional group health insurance plan. Instead, we have reallocated those corporate dollars directly into a significantly higher guaranteed cash base and an aggressive monthly bonus structure. (TRICARE-covered military spouses and retirees are highly encouraged to apply!).
Work-Life Balance: Paid Time Off (PTO) package and hybrid flexibility (work-from-home administrative days and in the field as needed).

Position Overview

We are seeking an operational leader who excels at business administration, payer compliance, and client relationships. As the Agency Administrator, you will be the professional face of our company. Your primary focus will be managing VA/insurance billing, conducting initial client consultations, tracking lead pipelines using our CRM system, ensuring local regulatory compliance, and leading our internal team to scale the agency to its next level of growth.

Core Responsibilities

Financial & Payer Administration: Oversee precise daily care logging, invoicing, and documentation required for VA programs and Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) providers to ensure seamless reimbursement.
Client Intakes & Assessments: Meet with private-pay families and veterans to conduct home safety assessments, design custom care plans, and onboard new clients.
Team Leadership: Provide strategic direction to our full-time Scheduler; ensure target caregiver staffing levels, high shift-fill rates, and excellent employee retention.
Community Networking & CRM Management: Build referral relationships with local senior networks and the Anchorage VA healthcare system. Utilize our CRM platform to track new inquiries and manage the growth pipeline.
Compliance: Ensure the agency remains in strict alignment with Alaska state business and personal care agency guidelines.

Compensation & Monthly Performance Bonuses

Your base salary is a guaranteed $78,000 per year. In addition, you will receive monthly cash bonuses based on the average weekly billable hours achieved by the agency each month (calculated at the end of each calendar month):

Up to 600 hours/week average: Base Salary Only ($78,000/yr value)
601 – 700 hours/week average: +$300 cash bonus for that month ($81,600/yr value)
701 – 800 hours/week average: +$600 cash bonus for that month ($85,200/yr value)
801+ hours/week average: +$1,000 cash bonus for that month ($90,000+/yr value)

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a management or administrative leadership role (Home care, assisted living, healthcare, hospitality, or military logistics preferred).
Billing/Payer Literacy: Strong understanding of, or rapid ability to learn, VA electronic billing schedules, pre-authorizations, and private long-term care insurance claim processing.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage office personnel and keep field staff motivated.
Communication: Exceptional face-to-face and phone communication skills for advising anxious families through care transitions.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with home care scheduling software, CRM platforms, and standard office tech.
Must pass a comprehensive background check and possess a valid Alaska driver’s license.

Pay: From $78,000.00 per year
