Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and energetic individual to lead the marketing, entertainment, and promotional efforts that keep our establishment thriving. This dynamic role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, managing multiple projects, and bringing memorable events to life. From booking live entertainment and coordinating promotions to managing social media, advertising, and special events, the Promotions Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing our brand and creating exceptional experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement.
Manage marketing projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Utilize presentation software to create compelling pitches, promotional materials, and event content.
Support B2B marketing efforts by building relationships with business clients and partners.
Provide excellent customer service during events and promotional activities, addressing inquiries professionally and promptly.

Skills

Strong background in marketing with a focus on event marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities.
Technical proficiency with graphics software (e.g., Photoshop) and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Experience in B2B marketing environments, understanding client needs and industry trends.
Proven ability to manage multiple event and marketing projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
