Full-Time Client Care Service Representative (CSR)
AAHA-Accredited Veterinary Hospital

Are you passionate about helping people and their pets while providing exceptional customer service? Our busy, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital is seeking a friendly, compassionate, and organized Client Care Service Representative (CSR) to join our team full-time.

As the first point of contact for our clients, the Client Care Service Representative plays a vital role in creating an outstanding experience for pets and their families. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is committed to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage daily calendars
Check clients in and out while processing payments accurately
Maintain accurate patient records and update client information
Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff
Educate clients regarding hospital services, wellness care, and preventive medicine
Handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Support a positive and collaborative team culture

Qualifications

Previous customer service experience required
Veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computer software and learning practice management systems
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional client care
