Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while building and developing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee all aspects of office operations, ensuring an outstanding patient experience, supporting providers and staff, and driving operational and financial success. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, accountable, and committed to creating a positive, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient care
Foster a welcoming, patient-centered environment from check-in through treatment completion
Present treatment plans confidently while educating patients on insurance benefits, financial options, and recommended care
Drive practice growth through outstanding patient service, relationship building, and effective follow-up
Monitor and improve patient retention, case acceptance, and schedule utilization
Recruit, coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable while promoting a positive and collaborative culture
Partner closely with doctors and clinical staff to optimize scheduling, productivity, and patient flow
Oversee front office operations, including scheduling, insurance verification, collections, deposits, treatment coordination, and patient financial arrangements
Monitor office performance by tracking key metrics such as production, collections, new patient growth, treatment acceptance, and provider productivity
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all company policies and procedures
Collaborate with leadership and marketing initiatives to support continued practice growth

Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Alternating Friday/Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Dental Office Management experience
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, ADA coding, treatment coordination, and financial presentations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Dentrix Enterprise or similar dental practice management software preferred
