Full Job Description

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Northwest Phoenix (85085).

If you have dental insurance or front-office experience and are ready to step away from the daily chaos of patient check-ins, collections, and scheduling, this role offers a professional next step.

We’re hiring a Dental Insurance Support Specialist for a full-time, in-office role at our consulting firm in Northwest Phoenix. This is a non-clinical non-patient-facing position where you'll use your dental knowledge in a focused, structured environment.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be part of a team that helps dental practices get better results from their PPO relationships. In this role, you’ll support a PPO Negotiator with daily tasks such as:

Calling insurance companies to confirm PPO participation details
Preparing clear written updates for clients on their project status including fee negotiations, credentialing, or PPO changes
Completing provider credentialing applications
Documenting communications and actions with precision
Occasionally handling inbound client calls (no sales—just helpful updates)

This Role Is Not:

A dental assistant or clinical position
A front-desk or patient check-in role
A sales or quota based job

What We’re Looking For:

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Minimum 3 years of dental office experience required (front desk, billing, insurance or credentialing).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple clients at once
Professional and confident communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
