Full Job Description

The Sales Arms is looking for a driven and experienced Fitness Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as an extension of our boutique fitness studio partners, helping them maximize revenue growth by turning leads into members and creating exceptional customer experiences.

As a Fitness Sales Account Manager, you will manage the full lead lifecycle for assigned studios, from the moment a prospective members expresses interest through their first visit, follow-up process, and eventual membership conversion. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective members, representing each studio’s unique brand, voice, and values while building authentic relationships.

This role requires a balance of sales expertise, relationship building, organization, and strategic thinking. You will not only execute lead outreach and follow-up but also partner closely with business owners and their teams to identify opportunities, improve sales processes, analyze performance, and implement strategies that increase lead conversion and overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound leads for assigned boutique fitness & wellness studios, responding quickly and consistently through phone, SMS, and email communication
Guide prospective members through the sales journey, including booking first visits, following up after experiences, overcoming objections, and converting leads into memberships
Deliver a personalized, high-touch customer experience that reflects each studio’s brand, community, and sales philosophy
Build strong relationships with studio owners, managers, and internal teams through proactive communication and ongoing partnership
Maintain accurate lead tracking and CRM documentation to ensure visibility into sales activity, pipeline health, and conversion opportunities
Monitor key sales metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to help studios improve lead conversion and revenue performance
Collaborate with studio partners to refine sales processes, messaging, follow-up strategies, and customer engagement workflows
Stay current on boutique fitness industry trends, sales best practices, and strategies for driving membership growth
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities to continuously improve sales performance

A successful candidate will:

Have proven experience in sales, account management, customer success, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
Demonstrate a strong ability to build rapport, establish trust, and connect with a wide variety of personalities
Be passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and helping businesses make a positive impact in their communities
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging based on different brands and audiences
Be highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
Be self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and follow-through
Understand sales performance metrics, conversion funnels, and the importance of consistent lead follow-up
Be comfortable using technology, CRMs, communication platforms, and reporting tools
Be reliable, adaptable, coachable, and committed to delivering an exceptional client and customer experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, customer success, account management, hospitality, or fitness industry roles preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software platforms
Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and video call capabilities required
Ability to work remotely with consistent availability and professionalism
