Overview
Route Service Driver

Pride Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Driver to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and servicing of portable sanitation units, including portable toilets and mobile restroom suites. Your primary duties will include emptying and cleaning portable toilets, driving a waste disposal truck, and setting up and tearing down mobile restroom suites & RVs at various locations.

As a Portable Sanitation Driver with Pride Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive top-quality service. You will interact with customers to address their needs, ensure sanitation units are properly maintained, and handle waste disposal in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in diverse environments, including construction sites, outdoor events, and remote areas.

Key Responsibilities

Empty and clean portable toilets using specialized vacuum trucks.
Set up and break down mobile restroom suites & RVs for events.
Operate a waste disposal truck and transport waste to treatment facilities.
Perform routine maintenance on sanitation equipment and vehicles.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations for waste disposal.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and waste collected.
Assist with moving heavy equipment or materials as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.

Requirements

Have an OPEN AVAILABILITY: Schedule varies often
A valid CDL is required; driving experience is a plus.
Clean 39-month MVR
Previous experience in sanitation or a related field is preferred.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and operating equipment.
Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high sanitation standards.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations related to waste management is a plus.
Must be able to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
