Full Job Description

The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. The Account Manager manages customer accounts, addresses concerns, offers solutions, and works to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, they oversee a cleaning staff, collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely service delivery, and may be involved in upselling or cross-selling opportunities. This job posting is on behalf of our client, and we are assisting in the search for suitable candidates.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services/products.
Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
Provide regular updates and reports to customers on account performance, goals, and deliverables.
Identify potential risks or concerns in customer accounts and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
Manage and work within the scope of work of multiple contracts.

Education and/or Experience

B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration or other business-related area of discipline preferred, and 3 to 5 years of related experience. Additional years of education and experience may be substituted for each other. Bilingual (English/Spanish) reading, writing, and speaking ability is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bilingual (English / Spanish), Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to be flexible and multitask. Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
