Registered Nurse | Wellness Coach | Peptide Coordinator
RISE Modern Wellness | Chandler, AZ

W-2 Part-Time | 12-20 Hours Per Week
Pay: $33/hour + Commission Opportunities
Start Date: Immediate

Schedule

Monday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Additional hours may be available for events, wellness workshops, and business development initiatives.

About RISE Modern Wellness

RISE Modern Wellness is Chandler's premier recovery, longevity, and wellness center. We help busy professionals, parents, athletes, and high-performers improve their health through advanced wellness services including IV Therapy, Peptide Therapy, Whole Body Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Compression Therapy, PEMF, and more.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who wants to do more than administer IVs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys educating clients, building relationships, growing wellness programs, and helping people achieve meaningful health outcomes. You will play a key role in our IV Therapy and Peptide programs while serving as a trusted health coach and wellness advocate for our members.

Primary Responsibilities IV Specialist

Administer IV drips and IM injections safely and efficiently
Perform client assessments and monitor treatments
Start and manage IVs with confidence and precision
Complete charting and medical documentation accurately
Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols and standards
Ensure treatment rooms and supplies remain organized and professional

Peptide Coordinator

Educate clients on peptide therapy programs within approved protocols
Support peptide consultations and follow-up processes
Help clients understand treatment plans, expectations, and next steps
Assist with ongoing client accountability and retention
Coordinate communication between clients and medical providers when appropriate

Health Coach

Build strong relationships with members and clients
Help clients understand how wellness services fit into their health goals
Guide clients through recommended wellness protocols
Encourage consistency, accountability, and long-term success
Deliver a world-class client experience during every interaction

Event Representative & Business Development

Represent RISE at community events, workshops, and wellness talks
Participate in educational events focused on recovery, longevity, and peptide therapy
Help generate leads and introduce new clients to RISE services
Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
Contribute ideas to help grow the IV and peptide programs

What We're Looking ForRequired

Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 2 years of IV administration experience
Strong venipuncture and IV insertion skills
Comfortable working independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, dependable, and highly organized

Preferred

Experience in IV therapy, infusion, ER, urgent care, oncology, med spa, or wellness settings
Interest in functional medicine, longevity, wellness, or peptide therapy
Sales, coaching, customer service, or business development experience
Comfortable speaking to groups and representing the business at events

Compensation

$33/hour based on experience
Commission opportunities on wellness programs, IV therapy, and peptides
