Position Overview

The General Manager leads all hotel operations with a focus on exceptional guest satisfaction, high-performing teams, and consistent brand standards. This role drives the hotel’s culture, financial performance, and service excellence while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Hotel Operations Leadership — Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and brand-aligned performance across all departments.

· Guest Satisfaction Management — Champion the guest experience by monitoring feedback, resolving issues promptly, and driving service-focused initiatives.

· Team Development — Recruit, train, and mentor associates to build a motivated, service-driven team culture.

· Financial Performance Oversight — Manage budgets, forecasting, revenue strategies, and cost controls to achieve property goals.

· Brand Compliance — Ensure all Marriott Select Brand standards, procedures, and quality metrics are consistently met.

· Community & Owner Relations — Maintain strong communication with ownership groups and represent the hotel within the local community.

Qualifications

· Strong Communication Skills — Clear, confident, and effective communicator across all levels.

· Leadership Experience — Minimum 3–5 years of hotel management experience, preferably within Marriott Select Brands.

· Operational Expertise — Proven ability to manage front office, housekeeping, F&B (if applicable), and engineering teams.
