Standard Job Description

As well as maintenance of access and security. Build effective relationships with the Aero SLT Administrative Professional team to maintain Aero SLT activities are supported. Build effective relationships with the Corp SLT Administrative Professional team to maintain Corp SLT activities are supported. Plan and provide options for team building activities for the functional executive team.

Act as lead Administrative Professional for the AO Exec Complex. Maintain executive calendar & ensure optimum work time. Keep weekly look ahead current & correctly posted to reflect executive & staff availability. Actively manage the travel planning and expense reconciliation aspects of the office of the AOVP (to include Deputy and TA). Aid the AOVP in outlook email management of critical correspondence and backlog of non-critical items.

Manage the Overhead supplies and kitchen inventory, and maintenance within the allotted budget. Keep within budget, avoid excessive spending. Be mindful of unallowable expenses. Conscious of financial impacts of daily operations, look for ways to eliminate and/or reduce costs. Maintain the population of parking passes and parking locations for the VP population. Maintain distribution of parking passes across the Aero Ops team in a deliberate and demographically accurate fashion.

Desired Skills

Highly organized mindset that can keep the office of the Aeronautics Operations Vice President fulfill all obligations and responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite of office software. Knowledge and ability to maintain cost controls within allowed budgetary constraints. Detailed working knowledge of CONCUR for booking travel and expense reporting.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72400.00 - $134400.00

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
