Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Staff Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing personnel logistics, streamlining recruitment processes, and fostering strong relationships across departments. As a Staff Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting talent acquisition efforts, coordinating employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational growth through effective staffing strategies and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates via social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing, and external recruiting channels.
Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns utilizing talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo.
Conduct interviews and assist in evaluating candidates to ensure alignment with organizational needs and cultural fit.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners through relationship management techniques.
Oversee employee orientation programs, contracts, and employee evaluation procedures to facilitate smooth onboarding and ongoing development.
Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices, HR legal requirements, and labor regulations across all recruiting activities.
Utilize HR systems like PeopleSoft, Kronos, or UltiPro for data management, reporting, and process automation to enhance efficiency.
Support succession planning initiatives and lead generation efforts to build a robust talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
Engage in training & development activities to enhance team capabilities and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting or human resources roles with a focus on full cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for candidate sourcing and relationship management.
Familiarity with talent management software such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of employment & labor law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards.
Experience with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or ADP is highly desirable.
Ability to leverage social media management tools for recruitment marketing campaigns effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within fast-paced environments.
Background in technical recruiting or campus recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
