Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. Your expertise will drive adherence to regulatory requirements, enhance process efficiency, and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, CGMP, and Six Sigma principles.
Lead regular quality audits across production lines and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards including FDA regulations and legal requirements.
Oversee quality inspection processes, ensuring products meet established quality standards in production through rigorous testing and analysis.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to establish quality standards in production processes, ensuring consistency and defect reduction.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to enhance product reliability.
Facilitate training sessions on quality systems, regulatory compliance, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), Lean management, and other relevant methodologies to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, audit findings, compliance records, and process validations.

Qualifications

Proven experience practicing in an industrial food or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on quality assurance or control.
Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP regulations, and FDA requirements.
Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections within manufacturing environments.
Expertise in implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and utilizing tools like Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
Familiarity with GD&T principles for precise measurement and Gage Design & Tolerance (GD&T) applications.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data trends and develop actionable insights.
Project management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving product quality and operational efficiency.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams at all levels while ensuring regulatory/legal compliance standards are met.
