JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care and functions within the organization, in accordance with established philosophy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.
-
Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) preferred.
-
Active State of Ohio Registered Nurse Nursing License.
-
CPR - approved by the American Heart Association.
-
ACLS (within 6 months of hire) - approved by the American Heart Association.
-
Pediatric Emergency Certification (within 6 months of hire) - PALS approved by the American Heart Association or ENPC approved by the Emergency Nurses Association.

Basic computer skills.

Works in a patient care setting where there is potential exposure to blood, body fluids, infectious materials; and electrical, fire, chemical, physical contact and equipment hazards.
