Job Overview
As a key member to the Neuro Spine - Tucker location, you will support high-quality, patient-focused care within a multidisciplinary clinic offering neurology, interventional pain management, and orthopedic services. You’ll work in a clinical setting dedicated to innovative, non-opioid treatments and minimally invasive care. We are searching for Bilingual Medical Assistants (MA)(Spanish Speaking) who can travel to LAWRENCEVILLE, TUCKER, DACULA AND MIDTOWN AREA.

Duties assigned to our Medical Assistant will require advanced computer skills, written and oral communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, ability to prioritize and the discretion to know when to act independently and when to ask for guidance. MUST have a positive, team-orientated attitude! Our number one priority is always Patient Care; therefore MA's must have patient-focus, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Daily Chart Preparation: Review patient schedules to confirm proper appointment types and ensure all necessary imaging reports are uploaded into the system.
Room Readiness: Ensure exam rooms are clean, fully stocked, and prepared for use prior to patient appointments.
Patient Intake & Rooming: Greet and verify patient information; escort patients to exam rooms and ensure timely, efficient rooming.
Clinical Documentation: Accurately complete patient intake documentation, including:
Facesheet verification
Vital signs
History of Present Illness (HPI)
Review of Systems (ROS)
Patient Support & Clinical Assistance: Prepare patients for examinations and procedures; assist providers during exams and minor surgeries.
Fluoroscopy Suite Support:
Set up procedure rooms with appropriate linens and equipment
Assist with positioning of the C-Arm as directed
Documentation & Education:
Prepare informed consent forms and post-care instructions for procedures
Schedule follow-up visits and complete referral documentation or work notes as needed
Specialty Scheduling & Tracking
Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of clinical spaces at all times.
Team Collaboration & Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with all team members to maintain a positive, efficient, and professional work environment.
Compliance: Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or clinical leadership.

Qualifications

Preferred Clinical Experience: Previous experience in a clinical environment.
Multitasking & Attention to Detail: Ability to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Foundational Medical Knowledge: Familiarity with ICD coding, anatomy, physiology, and medical-surgical practices is beneficial.
Emergency Preparedness: Knowledge of Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques and general emergency medical procedures.
EHR Proficiency: Comfortable navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
Compassionate Patient Care: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
