You keep the day-to-day financial operations running, and you don't need a formal accounting degree to do it. Dependable, organized experience matters more to us than a diploma.

SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:

You've got real hands-on accounts-payable or office-administration experience
You know QuickBooks Online, or you pick up new systems quickly
You've reconciled vendor statements and untangled billing discrepancies before, and you're good at it
You're comfortable working independently across more than one location
You handle confidential financial information with integrity and discretion
You follow through on recurring deadlines without needing to be chased
You don't need a formal accounting degree. Dependable, organized experience matters more to us
Bonus if you've worked in automotive, parts, or another business with returns and core credits, used Protractor or a similar shop management system, or coordinated with an outside CPA firm or payroll provider
