Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and data-driven campaign management. As a key leader within our organization, the Marketing Director will develop innovative marketing plans, oversee execution across multiple channels, and analyze performance metrics to optimize results. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand presence and expand our reach through targeted marketing efforts.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing digital channels such as social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Lead the planning, setup, and management of digital marketing campaigns utilizing tools like Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
Oversee website management using content management systems such as WordPress, ensuring optimal user experience and SEO performance through keyword research, SEO tools, and technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Google Tag Manager.
Coordinate content creation efforts across various platforms including blogs, social media, email marketing campaigns, and graphic design projects utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop.
Analyze web analytics reporting using Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Manage paid search marketing initiatives focusing on conversion optimization and performance marketing strategies to enhance ROI.
Supervise social media management including advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and other social media channels to foster community engagement and brand awareness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding efforts while staying current with industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing leadership with a strong background in campaign setup, management, and optimization across multiple channels.
Expertise in SEO tools, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Google AdWords/Google Ads campaigns, and paid advertising campaign management.
Proficiency in website management platforms such as WordPress along with technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website customization and analytics integration.
Strong knowledge of web analytics reporting tools including Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance effectively.
Demonstrated ability to develop compelling content through copywriting skills combined with graphic design expertise using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
Experience managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising while leveraging social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
Familiarity with marketing automation systems for email marketing campaigns and customer segmentation strategies.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are advantageous.
