Front Office Lead / Scheduling Coordinator

Alexander & Martin Orthodontics

Our practice is growing, and Alexander & Martin Orthodontics is looking for a Front Office Lead / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team full-time (Monday–Friday, 8–5).

This role is more than just scheduling — we are looking for a motivated leader who will help guide and support our front office team while ensuring our scheduling systems and patient experience run smoothly across all of our locations.

The right candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading a team, and is motivated by achieving goals and improving systems.

You will play an important role in coordinating schedules, supporting a team of 4–5 front office team members, and helping maintain consistency across our three locations.

We are looking for someone who brings energy, organization, and leadership to the role while helping create the best experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude
Coordinate and manage the daily schedule across multiple providers and locations
Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
Support and guide a team of 4–5 front office team members
Ensure daily tasks and processes are completed consistently across all locations
Monitor scheduling efficiency and help the team meet production and scheduling/phone goals
Help implement systems that keep the schedule full and the patient experience smooth
Daily, weekly, monthly Reports
Creating the Schedule for the front office team
Maintain a positive, team-first culture at the front desk

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and support a team
Excellent customer service and communication skills
High attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and phone etiquette
Strong computer and scheduling system knowledge
Orthodontic or dental experience preferred (but we are willing to train the right person)

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
Location: Multiple office locations
