About Us

Measurely is a countertop distribution and AI technology business serving homeowners, fabricators, contractors, and designers across the Puget Sound area. We're looking for a highly capable, trustworthy right hand to the founder — someone who can run the business day-to-day, front the showroom, and support in office management.

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on role built around three areas: acting as the founder's Executive Assistant, assisting in daily operations independently, staffing the showroom/front desk, and assisting big-ticket slab sales. It's best suited to someone highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable wearing multiple hats — from scheduling the founder's day to greeting a walk-in customer to negotiating a five-figure order to directing warehouse staff.

You'll work directly for the founder and owner, coordinate daily with operations, handle showroom, and align with the existing Sales Manager on account coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant / Owner Support

Manage the founder's calendar, appointments, and daily priorities
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on the owner's behalf
Prepare documents, reports, and summaries as needed.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and partners on the owner's behalf
Act as a trusted point of contact for the owner.

Warehouse Operations

Open/close the warehouse and run daily operations.
Direct and supervise the Warehouse Associate and Driver on daily tasks and priorities
Oversee receiving, inspection, tagging, of stone slabs.
Monitor inventory accuracy and flag replenishment needs
Ensure orders are accurately staged and ready for pickup/delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, safety-compliant showroom and warehouse.
Escalate only high-level issues to the owner — day-to-day decisions should be handled independently.

Showroom / Front Desk

Staff the showroom and reception during business hours
Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming calls
Handle basic product and availability inquiries
Keep the showroom presentable and well organized

Sales

Own and assist slab sales with fabricators, contractors, builders, and designers.
Coordinate with the existing Sales Manager on account/territory alignment
Identify new business opportunities to grow revenue during the current slower market.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in an EA, office management, or operations role
Warehouse or building materials experience strongly preferred
Proven sales experience, ideally big-ticket or B2B / project-based sales
Comfortable directing and holding a small team accountable with minimal oversight
Excellent organization, written communication, and follow-through
Valid driver's license
Reliable, self-directed, and trustworthy to run the site and support the owner without daily supervision

Compensation

Base salary: $51,000–$65,000/year, based on experience
Plus annual bonus between 10-20% based on company performance.
Total earning potential well above base for a strong performer.
