Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our logistic operations, ensuring help with seamless inventory management, accurate order processing, and efficient shipping and receiving activities. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will contribute to maintaining high standards of warehouse distribution and customer satisfaction. This position will also service assisting other operational departments as needed, including Quality, Brewhouse & Bottling Line. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in warehouse management systems, logistics, and supply chain processes within a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Duties

Perform data entry tasks with precision, creating and updating records related to purchasing, shipping, receiving, and stock movements.
Assist in coordination of shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, verifying trade compliance, and ensuring adherence to international trade regulations.
Handle outgoing operational shipments - including finished goods samples, quality and packaging samples etc. using carriers such as Fedex, UPS, DHL etxc.
Assist in maintaining organized storage areas through stocking, inventory management, and regular cycle counts.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from other internal departments as assistance is requested.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure precise record-keeping.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing superior customer service.
High school diploma or GED required
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings etc.
Proficiency with office equipment, including multi-function printers, copiers, and scanners.
Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, if occasional travel between locations is required.
