The Assistant Kitchen Manager’s role is to build great team culture and create exceptional guest experiences by:

Upholding and instilling the highest food quality standards in every item we serve.
Writing HOH schedule, regular ordering, management of interviews and Sully's training
Maintain daily food safety reviews, cooler cleanliness & organization, kitchen supplies purchase tracking and pars; Manage kitchen and dairy/produce cooler
Assist in maintaining ticket times, health codes, waste log, linen par management, cost line checks, shift notes, prep lists, and to-go supplies cost
Drive efficiency in our culinary operations.

Qualifications

Experience overseeing day-to-day culinary operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, scratch kitchen
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
A passion for food and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Strong leadership skills and ability to maintain high health standards.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older.
Must hold a current ServeSafe Certification.
Must be available to work weekends.
Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to reach, bend, and stoop regularly.
Must be able to stand for long periods, up to 8 hours or more.
Proficient in reading and writing English.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Proven experience in culinary management.

This is a full-time, salaried position offering $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, plus bonuses.
