Full Job Description

Ditto Transcripts is a full-service transcription company that was founded in 2010. Our clients are all over the US and range from court systems, hospitals, law firms, law enforcement agencies, to solo practice physicians.

We are looking to add an Operations and Sales Assistant full time from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday in-office.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Operations and Sales Assistant to assist with the management of daily logistics and activities. In this position, you will contribute by managing your team of legal/law enforcement transcriptionists, assigning projects, and supporting our clients by phone and email.

We've grown our legal and law enforcement transcription departments and need help keeping up with clients calling, emails, assigning work out, providing sales quotes, and sending completed work back to our clients throughout the day.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years experience as an operations assistant, legal assistant, executive assistant, operations associate, or similar roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent grasp of the English language including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Able to handle several clients simultaneously
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as working individually with minimal supervision sometimes
Exhibit a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive client information

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors or Associate degree from a 4-year accredited college or university
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products (Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, Outlook/Gmail)
We have 50+ transcriptionists around the US who work for us from home. Our offices are located right near I-25 and Colorado Blvd in Denver.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
