Full Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

HCFD Realty Management is seeking an Assistant Commercial Property Manager to work in conjunction with the Property Managers to oversee a portfolio of medical office buildings in the greater Austin metropolitan area. The primary office location will be in Central North Austin.

The key areas of responsibility will include direct assistance with tenant relations, property operations, construction management and oversight, and lease and contract administration. The Assistant Commercial Property Manager will conduct all property activities in coordination with the Property Management Group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct assistance to tenants to troubleshoot any property related issues
Coordinate contractor activities, and work with professional services, such as plumbers, construction workers and HVAC professionals
Assist with monitoring of service agreements to ensure continuous coverage
Assist with periodic building inspections to ensure that properties are maintained in satisfactory condition
Actively participate in assisting with the accounts payable and accounts receivable process
Assist with supervising tenant move-ins and move-outs
Other duties and special projects as assigned

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Class A, multi-story commercial property management
Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Products - Excel, Word, Adobe Pro, Outlook, etc.
Familiarity with property management accounting software, Yardi Voyager and MRI a plus
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Meticulous attention to details
Ability to work and succeed in a team environment
Self-motivated and proactive
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines and job requirements

Compensation for the Assistant Commercial Property Manager position is a competitive salary commensurate with candidate experience and qualifications. Benefits include, but are not limited to, medical and dental insurance, long term disability coverage, and 401(K) with company match.

Pay: $28.85 - $32.70 per hour
