Full Job Description

If you are a licensed real estate professional who enjoys the structure, systems, and client experience side of the business, but are also capable of leading people and improving operations, this may be a unique opportunity.

At Cain Realty Group, this is not an entry-level administrative role.

This is a client experience and operations leadership position inside one of the top-performing real estate organizations in Austin.

WHAT THIS ROLE REALLY IS

You will be responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-level client experience across transactions, while also leading and developing administrative team members.

This role sits at the intersection of:

Client experience
Contract and transaction oversight
Operational efficiency
Team leadership

Over time, this position is designed to grow into a true operational leadership role within CRG, with long-term upside and equity opportunities for the right person.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Oversee contracts, listings, and closings from contract to close
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a five-star experience
Proactively communicate with clients, agents, and vendors
Lead and manage administrative assistants and support staff
Identify and improve systems, processes, and workflows
Ensure consistency and excellence across all transactions

Today, our ecosystem generates:

700+ leads and referrals per month
Nearly 3,000 listings annually
Over 1,600 closings on a rolling 12-month basis

This role is critical in ensuring that level of opportunity is supported by an exceptional client experience.

Holds an active real estate license
Has participated in at least 10 transactions in the past 24 months (agent or administrative role)
Is highly organized and detail-oriented

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Base salary: $60,000–$70,000
Performance-based bonuses
Path to six-figure income
