Job Title: Senior Corporate Recruiter

Location: Pflugerville, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Recruiter to lead recruiting for our Austin/Pflugerville operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting both high-volume hourly hiring and salaried roles. This is a fully on-site position based in Pflugerville, TX.

Corporate recruiting leadership sets overall strategy and priorities. You’ll execute locally by building pipeline, managing day-to-day recruiting activity, and driving hiring results.

You’ll also have a Recruiting Coordinator who supports scheduling, candidate communication, and pre-employment processes, allowing you to stay focused on sourcing and interviewing.

What You’ll Do

· Lead all hiring efforts for the Pflugerville location

· Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets

· Execute hiring strategies set by corporate recruiting leadership

· Partner with hiring managers to define needs and build hiring plans

· Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer

· Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. This is not a post-and-wait role

· Screen, interview, and assess candidates across hourly and salaried roles

· Lead the offer process, including verbal offers and negotiations

· Oversee pre-employment steps, including background checks, testing, and verification

· Ensure onboarding and orientation are executed effectively

· Track and report on recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring trends

· Support recruiting efforts across other markets as needed

What You Bring

· Experience recruiting in construction, electrical, or skilled trades is required

· Proven ability to build pipelines and consistently fill roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

· Strong ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes

· Ability to take strategic direction and execute independently with minimal oversight

· Strong communication skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions

· Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously

· Solid understanding of employment laws and hiring practices

· Ability to analyze recruiting data and adjust strategy as needed

· Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners

· Experience working within an ATS or CRM

Leadership

· Direct oversight of a Recruiting Coordinator

· Set expectations, provide guidance, and ensure execution

· Partner with corporate recruiting leadership for alignment
