About the Opportunity Are you looking for a career in B2B sales but need the right mentorship to get started? Home Trends and Design is a premier furniture wholesaler looking for an ambitious, driven individual to join our team.This is not a permanent back-office support role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional to support our seasoned sales team, master our high-end furniture catalog, and rapidly transition into a full-scale B2B Account Manager within 12 to 18 months.Why Join Us?

What You Will Do (Phase 1: Sales Support & Training)

Assist senior staff members with order processing, client follow-ups, and lead tracking.
Master our product inventory, wholesale pricing, and B2B client management systems.
Act as a responsive point of contact for retail furniture buyers and interior designers.
Identify new business opportunities through outbound research and cold outreach.

What You Will Do (Phase 2: Account Management)

Transition into managing your own portfolio of retail and designer accounts.
Drive revenue growth by pitching new collections and securing repeat wholesale orders.
Attend industry trade shows and markets to build face-to-face client relationships.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years in sales support, customer success, retail sales, or hospitality (wholesale or furniture experience is a plus, but not required).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
Mindset: A strong desire to learn, a competitive spirit, and the grit required for B2B sales development.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, spreadsheets, and order management systems. Excel Proficiency is a must!
