As a Design-Build firm, we are in a unique position to not only see our integration projects through to completion, but to ensure that each client's vision is developed to their satisfaction. This makes us a known and trusted force in the marketplace.

Our vast experience has led us to focus on what we have coined the “Big 8” in integrative tech scopes: Infrastructure (Copper/Fiber), Access Controls, Gate Controls, Distributed Antenna Systems (Cell and Emergency Responder Radio), Surveillance, Security Systems, Audio/Video and Fire Alarm Systems. These scopes have been identified as being those most vital to our client base. We do all planning, design, and installation in-house, ensuring a seamless performance from start to finish.

We are looking for a skilled Staff Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper to support our corporate accounting team. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to effectively analyze and interpret data, as well as strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and substantial experience with QuickBooks Enterprise.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial concepts
- Experience with financial report writing and interpretation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office; with focused proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of tax regulations and balance sheet reconciliation

- Strong attention to detail

- Strong communication skill

Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconcile balance sheets and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise for efficient bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Apply GAAP principles to maintain compliance and accuracy in financial statements.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting procedures and enhance financial reporting.
- Utilize accounting software to track and analyze financial data effectively.
- Recording, classifying, and computing numerical data to maintain financial records

- Manage Job Cost-Accounting for all projects

- Process payroll to maintain tax compliance

- Generate all financial statements and reports for management

- Monitor and manage cash flow to identify changes

- Reconcile accounts to ensure a quick and accurate month-end close

- Prepare journal entries

- Handle wire transfers

- Work with team and sub-contractors to ensure timely tax payments and reporting
