Caregiver Recruiter | Healthcare Recruiter

Confidential Employer – Austin, TX

Full-Time | In-Office Position

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)

Are you passionate about finding exceptional people and building high-performing teams?

An established and growing home care agency in the Austin area is seeking an experienced Caregiver Recruiter to help attract, hire, and retain outstanding caregivers who are committed to providing exceptional care to seniors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic recruiter who enjoys building relationships, thinking creatively, and making a meaningful impact every day.

Responsibilities

Recruit, source, screen, interview, and hire caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and experienced home care professionals
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, APS, and community outreach
Manage candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
Conduct interviews, reference and background checks, and employment verifications
Coordinate onboarding and ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately
Build relationships with candidates while providing an outstanding hiring experience
Collaborate with the operations team to meet staffing goals and support business growth
Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics

Qualifications

Previous recruiting experience required
Healthcare, home care, staffing, or caregiver recruiting experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and results-driven
Experience using Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting platforms preferred
