Full Job Description

Experience Required!!!!! Honestly, we need someone that can print, laminate, set up files and get running day 1! If you don't have strong experience, we're unable to hire you at this time.... maybe later.

Our team is great, caring, and quite frankly, they do a great job! We've grown 10x in the last 5 years... yup, 10x! So, if you're into awesome teams.... join us!

We're looking for someone that can fit into our current team and be a great asset right away.... you must be experienced running HP wide format printers and lamination equipment! Oh yeah, did I mention dependable…. Like, if you miss days of work and have excuses, we’re not the right fit. Your colleagues depend on you!

Amazing team to work with; great designers, sales, and support staff makes the work environment fun and flexible. This job is very flexible in that some days you’ll NEED to arrive early or leave late to get things done and some days it’s totally cool to split early. This is a salaried position, NOT an hourly job and you’ll be successful if you work to get things done and help our team and company grow… we want dynamic positive people that are hugely responsible....

If you KNOW you arrive late, sneak out early, miss days, are generally selfish and don’t like helping others… please don’t apply, you won’t last - if you LOVE watching videos and use Instagram throughout the day - yeah, that’s not cool either. This is for someone that wants to help their colleagues and our operation grow - we use words like TEAMWORK around here!

If you like to work independently; probably not a good fit. This company chats all day as each project requires it.. if you don’t, communicate internally and externally all day; it ain’t gonna work!

Responsibilities:
Using our wide format HP printers, plotters and lamination equipment, work closely with our design and production staff to deliver perfect output for commercial and personal use prints on a timely basis. You’ll also do some design work.

Keys to Success
Working knowledge of HP wide format printers, plotter (Summa, Graph Tech, etc.), and lamination equipment.

Comfortable entering information into our project system and communicating with others.

Strong experience in computer use and software applications such as RIP Software that is necessary to set up and operate said equipment. (Onyx, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop basic skill set helps)

Examine work orders to determine estimated printing times, ink, and material quantities.

Able to shift priority to meet deadlines for scheduled and rushed installations

A willingness to get jobs done to meet our ever changing schedules for wrapping vehicles.

Troubleshoot errors and provide general care for equipment

Keep up with materials inventory and report low volumes or outages before becoming an issue

Assist in receiving, storing, issuing and delivery or pickup of materials

Job involves carrying rolls of material up to 50 lbs, using stairs, leaning over tables, and using cutting tools.
