Overview
Join our vibrant fitness community as a Pilates Instructor, where your passion for movement and wellness will inspire clients to achieve their best physical health. In this energetic role, you will lead engaging Pilates classes tailored to diverse skill levels, promote proper technique, and foster a motivating environment that encourages progress and confidence. Your expertise will help clients improve flexibility, core strength, posture, and overall well-being through dynamic and well-structured sessions. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact while advancing your career in health and fitness.

Responsibilities

Lead engaging Pilates classes for groups of varying sizes, ensuring safety and proper form throughout each session
Design innovative and effective Pilates programs that cater to different fitness levels and goals
Educate clients on body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to enhance their understanding of movement principles
Incorporate complementary skills such as yoga, dance, or sports coaching to diversify class offerings and boost client engagement
Provide personalized guidance during one-on-one or small group sessions to support individual progress
Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates clients and encourages consistent participation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use

Requirements

Proven experience teaching Pilates in a group fitness or personal training setting
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and movement science
Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization; additional certifications in yoga, CrossFit, cycling or sports coaching are a plus
Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse clients
Familiarity with gym operations and health club environments
Ability to demonstrate exercises clearly while providing modifications for different skill levels
Passion for health, fitness sales experience is advantageous but not required
