Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Wealth Management Client Associate. This role will support several of our senior financial advisors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of wealth management, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level support to our senior financial advisors
Communicate and manage client relationships, providing an exceptional elite and professional client experience
Handle daily client requests, open new accounts, and process journals
Assist in the implementation of client investment strategies
Coordinate client meetings and follow up on action items
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service

Qualifications:

Series 7 registration required
Minimum of 5 years of experience working with financial advisors and their clients
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and self-starter
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications. High-level Excel or Adobe skills will be rewarded
