Full Job Description

Description

Join a collaborative cardiac program offering a strong work-life balance, 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance (no payroll deductions), and a 5% retirement contribution with no match required.

We are seeking a full-time perfusionist to join a team of three perfusionists and two perfusion assistants in a well-supported and team-oriented environment with shared call responsibilities.

Practice Details

Case mix includes CABG, OPCAB, TAVR, valve, and aortic root procedures
Approximately 500 cases annually
Minimal post-cardiotomy VA-ECMO
Occasional autotransfusion (cell saver) standby with primary support from perfusion assistants
Strong relationships with surgeons and anesthesia

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary starting at $170,000 (based on experience and fit)
$20,000 sign-on bonus (18-month commitment)
100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance (no payroll deductions)
5% retirement contribution (no employee match required)
CME/meeting expense coverage
Cell phone stipend

Qualifications

ABCP certification (or eligible)
Ability to manage cases independently
