Job Title: BILLING and COLLECTIONS at DENTAL LAB Front Desk

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk team member to oversee billing and collections for our dental laboratory. The primary responsibilities include accurately generating and sending invoices, tracking outstanding payments, following up on overdue accounts, and maintaining clear communication with dental offices. The role also involves processing payments, updating billing records, and supporting administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and package shipping via UPS. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, experienced in dental or medical billing and collections, proficient with QuickBooks, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities: Manage billing processes by creating and sending invoices using QuickBooks. Track outstanding payments and follow up with dental offices to ensure timely collections. Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records. Process credit card payments and post received payments from clients. Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries, due dates, and payment arrangements. Conduct consistent and professional collection efforts to maximize receivables. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining office organization. Support front desk operations by answering phone calls and responding promptly to emails. Keep the reception area clean and organized. Collaborate with team members to improve billing procedures and customer service. Ship packages via UPS.

Qualifications: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience in dental or medical billing or collections required. Proficiency with QuickBooks is a plus. Strong communication skills in both languages. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
