Location: 17408 Chesterfield Airport Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63305

Position: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Expected Start Date: As Soon As Possible

About Dumont Creamery & Café

Dumont Creamery & Café is Chesterfield's newest destination for premium ice cream, specialty coffee, handcrafted beverages, smoothies, and boba tea. Our mission is simple: create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy great products, exceptional service, and memorable experiences.

We're building a team of energetic, customer-focused individuals who take pride in creating positive experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.

Who We're Looking For

We're hiring enthusiastic and dependable Team Members who can work across multiple areas of the café, including barista duties, cashier responsibilities, and ice cream service.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude
Prepare coffee beverages, smoothies, specialty drinks, and boba teas (training provided)
Scoop ice cream and prepare desserts according to company standards
Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
Help create a positive atmosphere that keeps customers coming back

Qualifications

Previous customer service, food service, retail, or café experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Team player with a strong work ethic
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is a plus
