Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC/ Brake Operator to join our team. This hands-on role involves assisting in the fabrication/assembly of high-performance commercial HVAC systems, operating shop machinery, and supporting production needs in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and eager to learn. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Duties

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines and/or press brakes to produce sheet metal parts according to blueprints and work orders.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production.
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Adjust machine settings, tooling, and programs to maintain tolerances and production standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and keep work area clean and organized.
Work collaboratively with other production team members and supervisors to meet daily schedules.
Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
Stay flexible — willingness to be cross-trained across departments is a must.

Skills

Prior experience operating CNC equipment or press brakes (Highly preferred, but training is available for the right candidate).
Physically able to lift up to 50 to 75 lbs.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Ability to reliably commute to work during scheduled hours (6:30am to 2:30pm)
Punctual, and eager to work in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Familiarity with press brake and punch press machinery a plus.
Mechanically inclined; comfortable using hand tools.
Forklift operation experience is helpful.
