Job Title: Licensed Insurance Senior Sales Agent

Compensation

Base Salary: $25 hourly
Compensation: $70-$90+ annually (Average Commissions)

High-Performance Sales Role

*Active resident license in Property & Casualty insurance is required for this role*

We’re looking for experienced Licensed Insurance Senior Sales Agents who take ownership of their pipeline, create momentum, and consistently turn opportunities into revenue.
This is a dynamic, high-activity role where you’ll be supported with provided leads while also having the ability to maximize results through proactive outreach, strong follow-up, and efficient closing. Success comes from staying engaged, working opportunities thoroughly, and confidently moving customers to make decisions.
If you have experience in a high-volume sales environment—where quick quoting, consistent communication, and confidently asking for the sale are second nature, you’ll thrive here.
This is a strong opportunity for professionals who want to elevate their production and grow their income based on performance.

What Makes This Different

What You’ll Be Responsible For

High-volume outbound calls to warm, aged, and unconverted leads
Quoting and binding P&C insurance policies (auto, home, personal lines)
Managing pipeline, follow-ups, and re-quotes efficiently
Hitting and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
Maintaining accurate CRM activity and tracking

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
2+ years of insurance sales
Meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong objection handling and closing ability
Experience working with internet leads and CRM systems
Self-managed and accountable in a remote environment
