Full Job Description

Overview

Archadeck is the nation’s largest custom design and build contractor of outdoor living projects. We build decks, patios, screened porches, sunrooms, and much more. We are changing Chicagoland backyards one family at a time.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to provide accounting support for our team.

Full training will be provided to fulfill the following duties:

Input invoices, credit card charges, and other expenses.
Assist with payroll processing.
Ensure all accounting documents are properly organized and filed.
Assist with other basic accounting and general office duties as needed.

Requirements:

College degree preferred in Accounting or related field preferred, but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and with internet-based CRM software
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Attention to detail and a drive to do quality work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience with accounting programs, i.e. QuickBooks

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
