Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist

We're looking for someone who enjoys bookkeeping, payroll, and building strong client relationships. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy solving accounting challenges, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

As a Bookkeeping & Payroll Specialist, you'll provide bookkeeping and payroll services for a variety of small business clients while working closely with our accounting team.

Responsibilities include:

Manage bookkeeping for multiple business clients.
Process live, monthly, and quarterly payrolls.
Prepare payroll reports and related filings.
Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Record checks, deposits, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
Prepare and file payroll tax reports and related forms.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding their bookkeeping and payroll needs.
Provide administrative and accounting support as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Two or more years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
Experience using QuickBooks and/or Sage accounting software.
Payroll processing experience required.
Solid understanding of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Schedule

Enjoy a consistent work schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No evenings or weekends expected
