Full Job Description

Position Summary

Carepoint is seeking an organized, service-oriented Agency Services Representative to support our growing network of independent agents and agency partners. This position serves as a primary day-to-day resource for assigned partners, helping them navigate onboarding, carrier contracting, certifications, technology platforms, training, and general agency-related requests.

The Agency Services Representative will work closely with Sales, Contracting, Commissions, Business Intelligence, and carrier partners to ensure requests are documented, routed, followed through, and resolved efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, comfortable working across multiple systems, and committed to delivering a strong partner experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned agents and agency partners.
Conduct welcome, onboarding, and first-impression calls with newly recruited partners.
Guide agents through Carepoint’s onboarding process, including contracting, licensing, certifications, and readiness-to-sell requirements.
Provide training and assistance with Carepoint Connect, SunFire, carrier portals, and other agent-facing platforms.
Monitor outstanding onboarding and contracting requirements and proactively follow up with agents.
Receive, document, track, and coordinate agency-related requests through completion.
Route contracting, commission, enrollment, technology, and compliance matters to the appropriate internal department.
Maintain accurate notes, activities, tasks, and partner records in Salesforce or other designated systems.
Coordinate agency meetings, carrier trainings, webinars, and field activities.
Provide agents with approved resources, carrier updates, deadlines, and procedural guidance.
Follow up with internal teams and carrier representatives to prevent requests from remaining unresolved.
Identify recurring issues or process gaps and communicate them to leadership.
Escalate sensitive relationship, production, contracting, commission, or compliance concerns appropriately.
Support Agency Business Partners and sales leadership with agency engagement initiatives.
Maintain professional, timely, and consistent communication with all partners.
Perform additional partner-experience and agency-service duties as assigned.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured by:

Timeliness and quality of responses to agency requests.
Completion of assigned onboarding and follow-up activities.
Accuracy and completeness of Salesforce documentation.
Successful completion of agent and agency training.
Resolution and appropriate escalation of outstanding issues.
Partner satisfaction and service quality.
Adherence to company procedures and compliance requirements.
Consistent collaboration with Sales and internal support departments.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
One or more years of experience in insurance, account services, customer support, sales support, or a related field preferred.
Medicare, health insurance, FMO, carrier, or agency experience strongly preferred.
Florida 2-15 Health and Life license preferred or willingness to obtain one within an established timeframe.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organization, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
Comfortable learning and working across multiple technology platforms.
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, carrier portals, or enrollment platforms is a plus.
English required; bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Role Scope

The Agency Services Representative is primarily a service, onboarding, and coordination position. The role supports agency relationships but is not responsible for independently negotiating contracts, approving compensation levels, managing strategic partnerships, or making commitments on behalf of Carepoint without authorization.

Complex business-development opportunities, significant relationship concerns, and strategic agency matters should be escalated to the Agency Development Lead or appropriate sales leader.
